Nearly every competitor hides their pricing behind a contact form. We don’t. Here is the full list, with GST included and excluded, so you know exactly what you’re paying without having to do the arithmetic.

Parts are not included. If your unit needs one, we’ll tell you what it is and what it costs before it goes in.

Repairs And Breakdowns By The Hour
A service is a fixed price. Anything beyond the standard service is charged by the hour, at the same rate regardless of the appliance.
Nothing is added at the end without you knowing about it. Parts are always quoted before they go in.

Breakdowns
Heating, cooling or hot water that has stopped working. That’s a different job to a service, so it’s charged differently.

What The Fixed Price Buys
The same standard job every time, whatever the appliance. If we find something that goes beyond a service, we stop and tell you the cost before going any further.

Burner and combustion components cleaned properly rather than simply wiped over
Gas pressures tested and set to the manufacturer’s specifications
A carbon monoxide test and flue check on every gas heating appliance
Every safety device and control tested before we pack up
An honest assessment of how much life is left in the unit, so you can plan ahead
What Each Service Involves
Each page sets out what is actually done on the day, the common faults, and what a replacement or a new install looks like.

$240 inc GST. Whole house gas ducted systems.
Gas Heaters →
From $160 inc GST. Wall furnaces, space heaters and log fires.
Evaporative Cooling →
$180 inc GST. Evaporative coolers only, no split systems.
Gas Hot Water →
$160 inc GST. Gas storage tanks and continuous flow.

Every price on the site includes GST, so the figure you read is the figure you pay. Nothing is added at the end.
Are these prices really fixed?
For a standard service, yes. The price you read here is the price on the invoice. If we find something that is a repair rather than a service, we stop and tell you the cost before going on.
Is there a call out fee?
No call out fee on a booked service. Breakdown work is $130 an hour including GST with a one hour minimum, and that hour starts when we get to work.
What if I have two appliances?
Ring and tell us. A heater and a hot water system on the one visit usually works out better than two trips, and we will tell you the total first.
Do you charge for travel?
Not inside the service area. If you are right on the edge of it we will say so when you ring rather than after.
What does a replacement or an install cost?
That one is quoted rather than fixed, because the unit, the size and the run all change the number. We quote before anything is disconnected.
When do I pay?
On the day the work is completed. Direct debit, EFTPOS or cash.
